4. Experience

In 1990 at ALUMSA (Aluminum Production primary state Plant) I was

responsible for the written and documentation of the Operational Standar

Practices that describes all the process and parameters to meet for all

casting operations, after that I was moved to Safety and Hygiene

Department as Safety and Hygiene Engineer there I was responsible for the

implementation and follow up of all the safety procedures for all plant

and to keep inform and to solve all safety and hygiene problems related.

In 1992 I moved to DELNOSA (Audio Systems Assembly Plant), which is

located at Reynosa, Tamps, as Industrial Engineer responsible for the

implementation of all production and process parameter for Final Assembly

line such as cycle times, plant layouts, workstations, materials pull

system, etc. In 1994 I changed to Quality Department as Quality Engineer

responsible for the quality inspections at Final Assembly and Final Audit

area also the implementation of ISO 9002 quality standar for the area.

In 1996 I returned to Veracruz to work at ALCONSA (Aluminum Production

primary state Plant), as Quality Systems Engineer responsible for the

implementation of ISO 9002 for all Plant.

In 1997 I started working at NOV GRANT PRIDECO (Machining of Accessories

for Oil & Gas Industry) until today as Product Engineer Manager

responsible for the disposition of material out of dimensions

requirements, new products implementation, quality criteria follow up,

distribution of engineering drawings from US, link between engineering

department with US Engineering group, keep good quality based on

quality audits, Customer relationships. Responsible for product drawings

design and creation, continuous improvement process. internal Best

Practices process, Member of the Internal Quality Audits Team and Quality

Management Local Team.

ISO 9000:2000 Lead Auditor certification by Batalas and IRCA

Quality Engineer Certification by UL University

During my profesional carrer I took several courses of all kind of topics

related such as administration; safety; quality; process; planning;

problems solutions; etc.
