Work Experience

Call Center 1/2008-7/2008 Pacific Marine Credit Union

I went to work for Pacific Marine Credit Union as a Call Center Rep. I would on an average day take

anywhere from 145-160 phone calls. Within those phone calls I would offer our member's services that

they needed to protect their money, also to help them make their money work for them.

Teller/Support Services/Call Center 2/2003 - 10/2004 Kitsap Credit Union, Bremerton, Wa

I started out as a teller, helping members with their transactions, and their banking needs. I went on to the

Support Services department. It was my job to look at all the money that went into the atm's and out.

Also to close accounts if members were not putting money in the atm's and saying that they were. Then I

went on to the Call Center, where I would help members with their accounts. Try and offer them

products that would help them save money. Money management, and customer service.

I had seven people working for me. We made frames for pictures. We would have time lines on when

the pictures needed to be framed, calling customers for pick up dates. Closed store, made schedules for

my employees. Customer service.

Front Office Manager 1/1997 - 1/2000 Internet Business Systems, Bloomfield, CT

I was the first person the clients would see when they came to our office. I would help them fill out paper

work, offer coffee. I made copies, filed, answer the phones, took notes in all the meetings. I also plugged

in the time of our techs that were out in the field, helping the clients with their Internet problems. I would

set up office meetings. Work closely with the president, and the vice president.
