Troubleshoot and repair all electronic and mechanical failures within pre-

set time frames

Maintain inventory of parts and supplies

Maintain uptime percentage of 95% or better

In addition to the maintenance and troubleshooting responsibilities of

this job, I also act as a liaison between B we Bell+Howell and the

customer whose equipment I am responsible for. In this position, I

advise as to the proper use of the equipment, keep the customer

informed of possible problems and solutions and continually sell B we

Bell+Howell as a team member to the customer through proficiency and

professionalism.

1999 Customer Service Engineer of the year- This award is very

prestigious since there are several hundred technicians

eligible. Votes are usually in the form of letters to management

from customers or associates within the company. Upper

management selects the winner based on these letters of praise.

2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 Service Pride Award -

This award is given to onsite accounts that meet very strict

guidelines. These guidelines include 100% customer satisfaction,

98% or better uptime, high output of the equipment, exceptional

inventory maintenance, an in-depth inspection of the site.
