Job Description
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
The primary function of the Director of Operations is to develop and
oversee the day-to-day operational objectives of the Company, implement
strategies, set expectations and evaluate performance relative to those
objectives.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Duties and Responsibilities shall include:
. Set the tone for the day-to-day culture of the Company's operations
work force (warehouse, installation and field reps) in a manner
consistent with the Company's core values
. Coordinating with the President, C.O.O., C.F.O and Director of Sales
recommendations relative to operating strategies and budgets
. Overall execution of the operations functions within the policies,
procedures and core values established by the Company
. Set and monitor expectations and accountability within the operations
functions of the Company
. Routinely review performance reports for progress towards the personal
and functional responsibilities of the operations work force, as well
as, the goals of the Company
