Description: Working here I sometimes open the bar as soon as 9am on certain days for football season and close down the bar late on the weekends, whichever days they would schedule me. Setting up the bar and restocking the bottles and syrups is a daily routine. The bar is located right next to the college in Berkeley so it is usually at high volume and fast paced keeping me busy at all times. The bar's main focus is on small craft beer and American made whiskey so it furthered my knowledge on different types and styles of beer while working here.

Description: While I worked here I was constantly closing down the 3rd floor bar and at times would have to close the first floor bar in the same night. I would say working here taught me the most about craft cocktails due to the extensive cocktail program. I was constantly talking about and selling different wines and cocktails on a daily basis. It was also a fast paced restaurant that helped me to keep focused at all times.
