Transportation's Office of Federal Highway Administration for national
designation of Brandywine Valley Scenic Byway.
. Successfully assisted nonprofits, universities and state agencies
through the federal grant process. Awards totaled more than $10 million
from proposals submitted to the U.S. Departments of Education, Housing
and Urban Development, Justice and Transportation.
. Created the Biden Youth Leadership Conference, a civic forum for
Delaware high school juniors and seniors to engage in discussion with
Senator Biden about legislation and issues critical to their generation.
