Supporting Verizon Hardware upgrades and Migrations.
Imaging PC's, configuring and deploying laptops/desktops, PDA's, and
peripherals in addition to managing shipping/receiving of
equipment/inventory. Providing second level support for hardware and
software issues as well as application deployment.
ATS - Senior Desktop Support Technician (4/08 - 10/09)
Supporting Executive user's at Volkswagen Group of America Headquarters.
Responsible for resolving complex technical support issues ranging from
desktop application errors to network and server connectivity issues.
Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in all fields of support (PC,
network, server, Blackberry, etc..) Analyze, document, and escalate
critical issues to appropriate IT Groups (Network Engineering,
Business/Application Specialists, Operations, development, and vendors)

(USAMISSA) - Fort Detrick, MD
Responsibilities include maintaining Network administration. Managing User
Accounts to include creating, updating changes in position, job titles,
telephone numbers, rank, unlocking accounts and creating/deleting user
accounts. Manage and track network IP addresses. Restructure, manage and
maintain Public drive folders. Archive, manage and maintain Home Directory

include analysis and diagnosis of network, hardware and software computer
problems. Duties include setting up and configuration of new computer
systems. Once problems occur conduct systems analysis and diagnosis to
resolve computer system issues.
Troy Systems Inc. - Information Center Analyst (10/90 to 10/98): Provide
deployment and maintenance support to technical and non-technical personnel
utilizing OHMIS. Duties include the analysis/diagnosis of hardware/software
difficulties for 690 microprocessor-installed systems through the OHMIS
Technical Information Center. Actively pursuing the automation of the
Technical Information Center.
Technology Applications Inc. - Assistant Programmer (6/88 to 10/90):
Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of the U.S. Army's OHMIS.
This system includes four distinct PC-based integrated modules that
required installation and technical support at U.S. Army health clinics
throughout the world. Addition duties include the analysis/diagnosis of
hardware/software difficulties, and provide follow-up technical support to
the OHMIS users. Trained audiologists in the use of the Hearing Evaluation
Automated Registry System Manager's (Hears Manager) module.
