Manager (2010 - Present) Interim role
Reporting through a highly matrixed organization to the Directors of
Testing, Development, Sales and Customer Accounts. In this customer
facing role, responsibilities encompass; Test, Defect, Release and Systems
Management activities of a multi-million dollar Customer Care and Billing
System for Tier-1&2 Telecom providers. Providing support of Testing, PMO,
vendor management, off-shoring and SLA management to projects that include
functional, performance, End to End, flow through, and Integration testing.
