Manager (2010 - Present) Interim role

Reporting through a highly matrixed organization to the Directors of

Testing, Development, Sales and Customer Accounts. In this customer

facing role, responsibilities encompass; Test, Defect, Release and Systems

Management activities of a multi-million dollar Customer Care and Billing

System for Tier-1&2 Telecom providers. Providing support of Testing, PMO,

vendor management, off-shoring and SLA management to projects that include

functional, performance, End to End, flow through, and Integration testing.

Savvis, St. Louis, MO

Provides managed information technology services to businesses and

government agencies worldwide. Its services include managed hosting,

utility computing, colocation, security, network, and professional

services.

Sr. Director - OSS Product and System Support (2008 - 2009)

Reported to the Vice President of Operational Support Systems (OSS).

Directed multiple Tier-2 and Tier-3 level support groups for infrastructure

management, as well as tools adoption, lab systems management and

production change control. Provided extensive support for Opsware in the

implementation of SAVVIS Cloud Computing platform.
