Qualifications:

I am qualified in recreational vehicles and both modular and HUD style

homes. I also know the RVIA codes, CCI codes, 3280 addendums and HUD and

modular codes. I am extremely self motivated and skilled. Having been in

management for the past twenty-two years, I have learned how to resolve

several different production issues. I have excellent people skills and

have earned the trust and respect of my employees, both past and present.

Responsibilities include managing approximately one hundred people. I work

closely with upper management and employees to make sure that we are

producing an excellent quality product while maintaining a safe working

environment. I am also responsible for doing the pay sheets for all of the

employees in my plant.

4/2004-4/2010 Keystone RV-Goshen, IN Plant Manager

Responsibilities include managing one hundred twenty-seven people. I work

closely with upper management, employees, and quality control to assure

that a good product goes out the door to the customers. I am responsible

for doing the pay rates for all of the employees in my plant. I attend all

product and operational meetings. I have been the Plant Manager over

fifth wheels and towables for over 5 years, as well as our baggage door

facility for the past six months.

9/2001-3/2004 Skyline Homes-Bristol, IN Production Manager

Responsibilities included managing approximately eighty people. I worked

closely with both management and employees to improve the quality and

amount of production. I also did all payroll for plant employees. Job

duties included: working with and training the foremen and line workers on

how to build the product to code, work together to achieve our goals and

deal with personnel issues. I also had the responsibility of fixing all

electrical problems that

Skyline had. I have completed many of the service calls that contractors

were unable to repair.

8/1995-1/2001 Four Seasons Housing-Middlebury, IN Production Manager

Responsibilities included managing approximately one hundred forty people.

I worked closely with management, foremen and group leaders to build a

quality manufactured home while maintaining the level of production. I also

assisted the customer service department with all electrical questions and

problems.

7/1984-8/1995 Fairmont-Nappanee, IN Foreman - Electrical

Responsibilities included all aspects of electrical wiring. I also was

responsible for training individuals in that particular department.
