. Initiated and sustained a series of continuous improvement programs
that ultimately led to a 15% reduction in labor costs, 30% improvement

compounding, graphics, printing (letter offset) and post decoration (silk
screening, hot stamping, labeling). Tasked with ensuring a safe working
environment and enforcing company policy.
. Participated on a team effort that introduced continuous
varnish. This improvement resulted in 10% reduction in prep time and
lower cost for the customer.
. Managed a department with various types of plastic extruders

. An ISO 9002 auditor, with participation in over 30 quality
system audits, 10 of which were as the lead auditor.
. An internal safety auditor. Safety audits were performed twice
