accessories. This organization while small in size services a diverse

range of customers from branded corporations and educational institutions,

to government agencies at all levels, and even individuals.

. Initiated and sustained a series of continuous improvement programs

that ultimately led to a 15% reduction in labor costs, 30% improvement

in material optimization, and on time delivery of 96%

. Implemented an organized means of managing new projects with tools

such as Gannt Charts, time to market for new and re-designed products

reached 100% and within budget.

. Re-engineered an existing product to satisfy varying demands. This

resulted in a reduction in SKU's and subsequently lower inventory

. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of

these areas ensuring that all established costs, quality, and delivery

commitments are met, working within company and state regulations and

design control.

. Responsible for training developing, motivating, and controlling

subordinate managers and supervisors and ensure efficient operations

supervised five distinct support departments: Injection molding, color

compounding, graphics, printing (letter offset) and post decoration (silk

screening, hot stamping, labeling). Tasked with ensuring a safe working

environment and enforcing company policy.

. Participated on a team effort that introduced continuous

varnish. This improvement resulted in 10% reduction in prep time and

lower cost for the customer.

. Managed a department with various types of plastic extruders

and processes an up to 40 hourly employees.

. An ISO 9002 auditor, with participation in over 30 quality

system audits, 10 of which were as the lead auditor.

. An internal safety auditor. Safety audits were performed twice

per month and unannounced. Purpose of audits is to expose independent

auditors to other departments then observe and eliminate safety

hazards and or practices.
