with ease. I would also like to help with the development and growth of the
company, and myself as an individual.

Threads, GUI, Applet, Multimedia, Networking, Servlet, Java Server
Pages (JSP), Custom Tag Libraries, Databases, Data Structures,
Database Manipulation, Deployment, Code Optimization, Application
Upgrade and more.

. Software; J2EE JDK, Eclipse, JDBC, Tomcat, SVN, Microsoft Visual
Studio, Microsoft SQL Server.
. Overall understanding and adaptability with all aspects of computer
software, including software engineering techniques.
. Excellent Problem solving skills.
Education:
CUNY Herbert H. Lehman College
B.S in Computer Science
August 26, 2005 to May 28, 2009
Relevant Coursework:
. Created efficient software that provided solutions to complex
problems.
. Created Desktop and Web Applications.
. Worked with a team using Subversion to create software in an orderly
fashion.
. Learned new languages and technologies really quickly.
. Used different technologies together in order to create Multi-Tier
Applications.
Project Examples:
. Web Survey: This Project is a web page that acts as a poll in order
to record all the user inputs and give statistics on the results.
It uses the Tomcat Web Server, Java Servlets, HTML, and SQL
Database.
. Earthquakes in Your Area: This project is a web page that takes in
the user's location and contacts the GeoNames Earthquake Web
service in order to get the earthquake data for the user's
location. The program breaks down the information and plots all the
earthquake information in a Google map. It uses the Tomcat Web
Server, JavaServer Pages, JavaScript, HTML and the Google map API.
. GPA Calculator: Probably my most famous program during college.
This GPA Calculator allows you to calculate your GPA with an easy
to use drop down menu. It uses Data Structure concepts, and it's
available in a Frame and Applet Container.
. Timesheet Calculator: Definitely my most famous project during my
internship. Everyone in the internship had to fill out a timesheet
every two weeks so I created this for everyone to use when the time
came. It uses Data Structure concepts, and it's available in a
Frame and Applet Container.
. Instant Messenger: This project consists of two different
applications. The server and client application. The client is able
to connect to the server as long as the right IP address and port
are specified when this is done a textfield is unlocked and allows
the applications to send and receive messages instantly. It uses
sockets and data streams to process the data between the client and
server.
