Architecture) method CICS program for 'Add Election' function for

MLPFS entity. This program is used as a WEB service and invoked by

X4ML SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) server.

transmission files and loads Settlement position and/or Account/Trader

client where Billing produced files were verified against Invoice DB2
