Hired to alleviate the work load of the existing IT staff at a
manufacturing/sales plant for military-grade and commercial
airplane/ground vehicle windows. Began by treating existing malware/
virus threats on computers, and proceeded with taking a network
inventory by using software to generate detailed statistics and
reports. Cleaned up DNS entries on domain controller, set up new web
VPN clients, and learned basics in managing the AS/400 mid-range
server. Currently in charge of setting up a deployment server for
upcoming Windows 7 deployments. Daily tasks include basic IT support
involving hardware/software troubleshooting, repair, and
installation.

staff between buildings. Organization of office supplies, movement of
furniture, and taking inventory. Assisted faculty managers and
assistants with basic day-to-day clerical tasks, such as mailing,
filing, making copies, and generating/delivering paperwork. Assisted
faculty in short-term projects, including overall organization or
preparation for academic conferences. Worked closely with Rina
Dechter, professor of Artificial Intelligence, to update and
standardize her academic website.
