. Reduced the critical equipment failure and the Chem/Fer/Pharm plants

by 25% due to proper administration of mechanical integrity program.

. Reduced by 5% the steam loss in fermentation j/chemical plants by the

steam traps Monitoring Program.

. Perform calibration streamlining project for fermentation and

pharmaceutical plants resulting in total savings per year of $95,056 for

fermentation plant and $19,296.85 for manufacturing area and a Cal Alert

reduction of 50%.
