Formed a nationwide practice management company that specializes in start-

up consulting, interim management, merger assistance, strategic operational

planning, negotiation advice and contracting. Liaison between client and

attorneys and financial lenders to secure contracts and capital necessary

to grow business. Helped clients realize productivity improvements through

practice assessments, process reengineering, and streamlining operational

and personnel efficiencies. Served as 'Interim CEO' while transitioning

client practices from a small business to a sophisticated multimillion

. Designed and project managed multiple construction projects for

laboratory. Moved 90% of all lab work in-house and hired a part-time

pathologist. Laboratory net profit increased over 300%.
