PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

More than 20 years experience in construction and construction project

management. I have provided quality project management that required

familiarity with local, state and federal laws, regulations and

construction codes. As Project Manager, I am responsible for the day-to-

day administration of the project by developing and monitoring budgets,

estimate and subcontractor input including the development of the general

submission to owners and lenders and distributed payments to

subcontractors and suppliers.

. Liaison - Maintained relationships between project owners, architects,

engineers, and construction personnel to ensure project goals have been

met.

presentations to architects or owners for consideration and approval.

. Progress Evaluation - Determined construction progress and developed

alternate methods to enhance progress if required.

. Field Direction - Regulated on-site personnel to ensure quality is being

. Reporting - Prepared monthly narrative reports and held biweekly project

meetings for project owners and executive management focusing on job

Base Building Experience

Marriott Residence Inn Arlington Courthouse, Arlington VA - A 10-

story hotel with 176 guest rooms at $41M built on top of a three level,

below grade, parking garage that will connect with an existing garage

for the Arlington County Courthouse offices. The building contains a

full commercial kitchen serving the hotel and leased space for a future

restaurant and retail stores. Developed as a LEED construction project

and was completed in May 2009.

Park Place Westin Hotel, Annapolis, MD - This six-floor luxury hotel

at $36M contains 224-guest rooms fitted with an energy management

system. The hotel was built on top of a four level garage and contains

ballroom, conference and banquet facilities. Project completed August

2007.

Marriott Residence Inn Harbor Place, Baltimore, MD - This 15-story

hotel at $38M features 189 guestrooms with full kitchenettes and street

level retail space. The hotel was built in the center of activity with

the close proximity to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Project completed

April 2005.

The Lofts at Crystal Towers, Arlington, VA - A four-story, $34M wood

frame apartment building that includes 212-one and two bedroom units.

There are approximately twenty-two apartments with loft level bedrooms

overlooking the living area. Project completed January 2004.

Centergate King Farm North, Rockville, MD - This 234,000 sf $25M

project consists of a 4-story apartment building complex comprising 152

units. The project also includes 3-story Manor House style buildings,

Charleston style buildings and townhouses comprising an additional 165

units. A precast, 4-level parking garage is connected to the apartment

corridors by steel-framed bridges. Project completed September 2000.

Stone Ridge Apartments at University Center, Ashburn, VA - $34M,

luxury apartment complex is composed of 630 units in 17 four-story,

wood-framed buildings. The project also includes a $2.1M clubhouse and

two swimming pools. Project completed July 2001.

Renovation & Tenant Work

AT&T Oakton Pop Expansion, Oakton, VA - $1.5M redundant mechanical

systems upgrade and facility renovation converting an existing area to

telephone equipment room that included a new dry fire protection

system.

Air Traffic Control System Command Center, Herndon, VA - $3.5M,

80,000sf special purpose & office renovation for the Federal Aviation

Administration.

NBC - High Definition TV Renovation & Addition, Washington, DC -

$1.3M, 1,500sf addition to an existing facility and interior renovation

for HDTV control rooms and offices within the existing building.

Construction included upgraded electrical service and back-up emergency

service.

Telecel USA, Reston, VA - $610,000, 20,000sf renovation project,

including interior demolition and tenant fit-out, high-end executive

areas, meeting and conference space, office space and compute room

facility.

AT&T - Garden City, Arlington, VA - $151,000 scope included

mechanical demolition and renovation of an old microwave antenna

switching station to upgrade digital phone service and offices.

Penn Mar Apartments, Forestville, MD - $14.8M renovation and

rehabilitation of 292 garden-style apartments in 24 three and four-

story buildings including 16 handicap-accessible units, site work and

pool bathhouse.

Fort Belvoir Community Club, Ft. Belvoir, VA - $3.2M new construction

and renovation of restaurant dining room and pre-function/dining area

with a new service elevator to and renovation of the existing ballroom

and exterior fa ade.

Rosecliff Realty Tenant Improvements, Washington, DC - This $250,000,

15,000sf office renovation at 1775 Pennsylvania Avenue is located

across from the White House that presented special considerations

during construction.

BWI Sheraton, Linthicum, MD - This $500,000 hotel renovation

includes the addition of two hydraulic elevators, a new roof structure,

a new lobby and corridor upgrades. The hotel was occupied during the

renovation.

AT&T Wash-1 Mechanical Upgrade, Washington, DC - Selective

demolition and upgrade to the existing building including mechanical

upgrades to accommodate the enhanced switching facility.

AT&T 4ESS Alterations, Arlington, VA - $140,000 project to reverse

airflow and refurbish HVAC system for telephone network area.

Bell Atlantic Video Demonstration Center, Greenbelt MD -

$60,000 special purpose tenant renovation consisting of approximately

6,400sf.

Quintiles, Inc., Rockville, MD - $1.2M interior renovation of work

spaces and core areas Including wood trim work, carpet, paint, desks

and kitchenettes for the Washington headquarters of a contract research

organization.

food court build-out for Georgetown Park Mall.

Sanderling Condominiums Phase II & Clubhouse, Centreville, VA -

$3.5M, 41,000sf new construction of two condominium buildings and

clubhouse for The Hazel/Peterson Company.

Sanderling Condominiums Phase I, Centreville, VA - $2.8M, 34,200sf

new construction of two condominium buildings for The Hazel/Peterson

Company.

Chevy Chase Pavilion, Washington, D.C. - $58M mixed-use retail

shopping mall containing 203,470sf, 213,210sf of office space and 198

room embassy Suites hotel. The building is nine stories above ground

with three levels of underground parking and includes swimming pool

health club, multiple restaurants and food court.

Scheduler for Major Construction & Estimating Projects, Washington,

D.C., Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina - Worked with computerized

scheduling applications to create and analyze CPM networks, and perform

regular schedule and resource updating for projects in progress.
