our product while in and out of the office.

Did all the custom seats orders,

Customer service and tech support for all of our Dealers and our Drag and Parts Rep’s regarding warranties, fitment

issues on saddlebags and sissy bar bags.

I also handled all of the calls into Saddlemen for tech and custom and fitment solutions, missing parts.

Handled our walk in customers wanting to buy or see what would work on a specific bike.

Did custom seat work and all of the Racing seats Promo’s.

If we needed to go to a show to work in the store, Some of our Harley Davidson Dealerships would purchase our

product in advance and we would man the store and sell the product for them.

I also participated in several Drag Specialties ride along events.

Special events we offered to the LAPD Central Division for the Fallen Officers.Saddlemen donated product for

these events to raise money for the fallen officers and families. I coordinated these transactions. And was asked to

participate in the ride with them..
