. Responsible for proactive enterprise infrastructure alerting of
internal and external devices for approximately 5000 to 7000
associates. The infrastructure consisted of approximately 2000
UNIX/Linux and Windows servers', switches and routers.
. Rolled out alert monitoring to the Command Center providing escalation

. Put in customization to distinguish production devices from test
devices so the Command Center would not contact the production on call
