(OSI) screen design for the THAAD System. Initiated and sustained an OSI

Working Group, which interface with the customer (THAAD Project Office),

the

user (U.S. Army Air Defense School), and the software and system developer.

Provided support to developing and testing THAAD system software.

MAY 92 to NOVEMBER 92: BM/C3I OPERATIONS ENGINEER SPECIALIST, CAS, Inc.,

Army Theater Missile Defense (ATMD), C3I DIVISION

Responsible for the BM/C3I development and operational design of the

prototype

and objective ADTOC. Managed 50 personnel in the ADTOC Force Operations

integration and development for Army Tactical Missile Defense (ATMD)

Agency.

Designed the ADTOC operational front-end menu driven database to integrate

the

Air Defense functions with software packages and modules operating in

various

automated environments.

MARCH 90 to MAY 92: ADVANCE SYSTEMS ENGINEER SPECIALIST, Lockheed Missile

Responsible for the Air Defense functional analysis and system requirements

for

the U.S. Army Tactical Command and Control System (ATCCS). Designed the

for the simulation and system analysis for timelines to control the

synchronization of forces and support elements on the battlefield.

MARCH 70 to MARCH 90: U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery and Automation

Management Officer

Served various assignments in the positions of Air Defense HAWK battery

commander, group (brigade) and battalion operations and training officers.

Provided training and evaluation of the AN/TSQ-73 Command and Control

System in

32nd Army Air Defense Command (AADCOM), Germany. Responsible for the total

operations, and minute-by-minute status of an Air Defense HAWK Group

(Brigade)

Operations Center which controlled three (3) HAWK Air Defense Battalion

managing all equipment and personnel assets. Served as the First Army
