precision system, oscilloscope, oven temperature chamber, Temptronic. Large amounts of graphs and data

for engineering application note.

•New product design involves loop control system, PWM amplifier compensation, PID controller, OP AMP.

•DC&AC analysis on multiples DUT through temperature cycle, characterization.

•Qualification test plan: Human body and Machine model ESD zap, Latch-up, SHR.

•Multilayer surface mount circuit board fabrication experience. Hand Precision soldering skill working with LFCSP

package, and msop.

•Machine shop, drilling tool, cutting tool, self-creative ideas to build functional devices like weight sensor support

on standing platform, pressure sensor extension. Support application engineer construct demo system.

•Experience in developing & executing test procedures on Mineral Oil bath system provide Long term drift data for

over 1000 hrs. to customers.

•Accomplishment of construct the first 4th order band pass noise box filter for ADI worldwide

manufacture to scan parts for popcorn noise issues.

•Assist Design Engineer in developing new prototype custom-made Power supply for military and commercial

airplane Industry. Customers: RAYTHEON, BOEING, and NORTHCROP GRUMMAN.

•Experience with high power high speed switching power supply, Full bridge half bridge circuit topology. Buck Boost

Regulator. A few experiences working with 20KV power supply.

•Identify defective components using oscilloscope, DMM, signal generator, logic analyzer.

•Meeting MIL SPEC standard qualification: EMI, Mechanic vibration, temperature cycle, shock, back flash….

•Work Experience with Heavy duty extreme temperature intercom systems, each basic intercom is fully equipped to

receive, amplify and send signals.

•Testing, trouble-shooting of digital and analog circuitry and interconnect systems for telecommunication equipment.

fabrication drawings.

Programming and languages:

•Basic programming skills in Lab view, Pascal, FORTRAN, C, Assembly. Utilize Algorithm and logic

approach.

•SPICE application for multiphase power supply design, PC MATLAB for Root Locus, Bode, and

modern design technique in the control systems.

KNOWLEDGE OF EQUIPMENT:

Spectrum analyzer, Network analyzer Agilent 3577A, Oscilloscope, DMM, Audio precision

measurement, Function generator, Curve tracer…
