Worked in a SAPWM/IM, PC/LAN, SAP R3 3.0F/4.6C, UNIX, and Rumba, Telnet environment,

Worked as a SAP WM/IM - MM Functional Consultant/Analyst with SAP applications

software; my functional Module is WM/IM, ADC (RF scanning) Physical Inventories.

My roles also included Shipping, picking, scanning to delivery notes - Unloading of

d-notes via scanners, label creating, RF scanning, Inventory Control, cycle

counters, receivers, production reporting, material movements, storage units,

storage bin creation, storage type creation.

Also had major roles in SD, MM, IM and minor roles in PP and Finance; had 2 other

major roles involving ILVS (In Line Vehicle Sequencing) which consisted of design

and help code in VB to suit the customers' demands; helped design and code (in VB)

an application called POD.

I also were responsible for step by step training documentation for all modules that

I was responsible for; I have 9 full implementations on the WM/IM side which also

included receiving goods, scanning (production reporting) shipping (responsible for

scanning to d-notes and make sure the trucks left on time, all of the inventory from

RAW to finished goods, uploading and verifying of the inventory before and after the

SAP go-live.

Developed end user training manual, flash cards and help documents for SAPWM/IM and

documentation for the Help Desk software system HEAT and Incident Monitor.

I was also responsible for all day support through a help desk for all modules I was

responsible for - Those modules consisted of any and all SAP WM/IM issues, scanners,

scanning issues, labels, label creation, label issues, shipping issues, ILVS issues,

POD issues, Physical Inventory issues, Delivery note issues, Confirming d-note

issues, posting d-note issues, inventory issues and accuracy plus many, many other

issues that come up in any of the 9 SAP plants and any of the 30 ILVS plants and any

of the 300 POD lines that I fully supported.

I also was responsible for training, supporting and supplying step by step

documentation to plant floor personnel, plant manager's, plant supervisors in all

roles that are mentioned above; Created SAP WM/IM and scanning documentation

including print screens, transactional steps for the business processes with menu

paths.

Support multiple plants with SAP issue including WM, SD, MM, PP, Barcode and

scanning issues, ILVS and POD. Communicated with internal/external users daily.

Reviewed issues and addressed .assisted with new model launches.

Constantly monitored the WM/IM side all Inventory and that all users were using the

SAP system correctly.

Trained associates to use SAP WM/IM and became the super user. Responsible for the

entire WM/IM modules including Handling Units (HUM) and Storage Units.

Implemented and assisted in Configuration of an upgraded version from SAP R/3 3.0F

to SAP R/3 4.6C with the Automotive Solution 2.0 for nine Manufacturing Lear

Corporation Plants.

Created SAPWM/IM documentation including print screens, transactional steps for the

business processes with menu paths; created test scripts for the execution and

completion of Unit testing, integration testing, and stress testing for the upgrade

version.

Provided first line of support for nine Lear Plants with SAP version of 3.0F, 4.6c

and used Heat Software as the monitoring tool for problem along with pages from the

Help Desk.

Created and maintained Customer Master Records. Assist with executing EDI between

sister plants; Set up end user for Workflow to obtain plants EDI error messages.

Held hands on super user WM, scanning, shipping, labeling, ILVS, POD training

classes All upgrade efforts resulting in a successful on time roll out for all nine

plants.

Implemented nine Lear Manufacturing Plants and served as first line of support for

all nine plants using Heat Software as a monitoring tool along with pages from the

Help desk.

Assisted in extracting all inventory from the OLD system to SAP. Set up end user to

obtain workflow EDI information. Helped Create and maintained Customer Master

Records.

Train plants on SAP WM/IM, scanning, Inventory control, label creation, labeling,

shipping, Inventory management, ILVS, POD and assisted plants in creation of Master

Data; all efforts resulted in a real time, common MRP application system to support

multiple plants.

Made use of the following Tools: Access, Rumba, MS Outlook, MS Word 97, MS Excel 97,

Visio, MS PowerPoint 97, Barcode, Ford DDL, Chrysler SMART, Heat - Help Desk

Support,MS Project 98, MS NetMeeting, MS Outlook, Access, pc anywhere, VNC.
