Present Director of Operations
Lead administrator in a two person office for a 500 member chorus that
strives to promote harmony through choral music at home and abroad through
international and domestic choral events, education, outreach and
supporting the creation of new choral music.
Lead producer of a 3-day 10th Anniversary Reunion Celebration in November
2008. Responsible for all logistical and contractual aspects of the event
including venue selection, hotel and transportation accommodations,
programming itinerary and production of all collateral materials. In
addition, responsible for managing registration and payment collection for
225 participants as well as all event communication with the members.
Member of the tour producing team for the 2009 tour to Mexico and
Guatemala and the 2010 tour to Havana, Cuba. Responsible for managing tour
budgets of $550,000 and $780,000 respectively as well as coordinating and
managing up to 260 participants for each tour.
Responsible for all day to day financial tasks including accounts
receivable/payable, payroll, cash flow management, annual audit, endowment
funds.
Responsible for communication with the full membership through on-line
community message board, website, newsletters and event announcements.
Public face of the organization for the membership and external

2007 Managing Director
Administrative executive of Orlando's premiere professional theater
producing ten productions per year dedicated to the works of Shakespeare,
the development of new plays and theater for young audiences in a three
theater complex.
Rebuilt the financial infrastructure of the $2.2M company for clarity in
reporting and record keeping.
Converted the financial reporting system from venue based to show by show
budgeting, and implemented quarterly budget projection reporting to
eliminate unexpected deficit concerns which had occurred the year prior to
my arrival.
In charge of all human resource management including union contracts,
employee insurance, workers' compensation claims, vacation and sick leave
procedures.
Managed the administrative staff and operations including Marketing,
Development, Finance and Front of House. Managed production staff to
ensure adherence to show budgets and address expense overages.
Oversaw two major fundraising special events: fall gala with a silent and
live auction and a spring charity golf tournament. Participated in Board
member cultivation, event sponsor cultivation and grant writing.

2006 Managing Director (previously General Manager and Business Manager)
Administrative leader of an off-Broadway, classical theatre company,
producing on a LORT D contract, now in its 27th season. Reported directly
to the Artistic Director and Board of Trustees on all financial measures
including: accounts receivable/payable, payroll, cash flow management,
annual audit, capital and endowment funds, and long range financial
planning. Oversaw day-to-day office operations and correspondence.
Managed $1.5M operating budget, $1M capital building fund, $400,000
endowment for artistic development.
Negotiated all performance and production contracts including union
relations with AEA, SSDC, and USA.
Oversaw marketing activities including annual subscription brochure,
production advertising and newsletters.
Oversaw development activities including annual fundraising drive,
foundation and corporate grant applications, program sponsors, fall

Coordinated $30,000 in annual summer space rentals contracts.
Implemented $40,000 office wide computer upgrade, including new hardware,
ticketing and donor management software from vendor bid process through to
final installation and training.
