WORK EXPERIENCE:

3/8- 4/10: Phoenix Test Arrays. Production Technician.

Work in the production of test sockets, used in the final test phase of

computer chips. Most tasks done using a microscope or stereoscope.

Extensive knowledge in the use and production of conductive elastomers.

Also work in the development of new products.

8/07- 3/08: Protek Devices. Production Technician.

Wafer fab operator in the production of diodes. Position includes all

production processes; photo, etching, diffusion, probe and evaporative

deposition. Job requires teamwork and a close working relationship with

engineers.

4/05-5/07: Sumco. Production Tech V.

Wafer production technician involving lapping and wire saw duties. Tools

used in production require diligent calibration, maintenance and

documentation of processes. Very fast paced environment where the ability

to function in a team atmosphere is a must. Lapping is a process where

excess material is removed from the poly silicon wafer. The wire saw area

is where the wafers are sliced and cleaned. Duties: Adhesion, block clean,

general maintenance, metrology (x-ray, warp, center thickness) and

custodial when needed.

9/04-11/04: Celerity Inc. Position obtained through Aerotech Staffing.

Built slurry tools used in the semiconductor industry. Teamwork oriented

environment that required close attention to detail. The building of these

tools took many man hours to complete, making patience a key attribute.

Most tools were manufactured for Intel.

3/04-9/04: BOC Edwards Kachina. Position obtained through Manpower

Staffing.

Parts refurbishing for Intel, as well as a number of other semiconductor

producers. Duties ranged from chem-line responsibilities to working in the

clean room. Chem-line duties required multi-tasking skills and that the

technician to be alert at all times. The chemicals used ranged from

piranha, to nitric, and hydrofluoric acids.

5/03-3/04: Accurate Steel. Construction Foreman (see below).

8/02-5/03: Special Devices Inc., Mesa AZ.

Shipping and receiving clerk. Position required the ability to ship package

through various carriers. The receiving portion of the job required a very

thorough review of received goods because the payment was contingent on the

accuracy of the receipts account. General warehouse duties, i.e. stocking

and forklift operation, were also incorporated.

3/02-6/02: Motorola, Benefits Division, Scottsdale AZ. Position obtained

through Manpower Staffing.

Documents clerk for The Benefits department. Duties included filing,

shipping of Fed Ex documents, and general office duties. Position required

the ability to work completely without supervision.

3/01- 7/01: Motorola, TDC Division, Scottsdale AZ. Position obtained

through Manpower Staffing.

Assembled communication modules for the U.S. military. Responsible for fast

and accurate assembly of complex communication devices used for the express

purpose of enabling communications of forward battle positions, as well as,

read and utilized complex blueprints and schematics. Worked on a team of

eight associates. Required to document progress of production using Orion

programs. Teamwork environment requiring written and oral skills.

9/00-1/01: Motorola, SPS Division, Chandler AZ. Position obtained through

Manpower Staffing.

Worked with a team of associates in the production of semi-conductive

wafers. Attended classes to become familiar with customized programs that

facilitated the careful lock step processes required in the production of

wafers. Ran five tools (certified on two), in the C.V.D. department that

placed a film on the wafer and also cleaned them.

8/97-8/00: Accurate Steel, Mesa, AZ., Construction Foreman.

Supervised a crew of up to six men in the erection of iron and steel

structures. Read complex blueprints with close attention to detail.

Organized strategies for proper use of manpower. Required to assure quality

and provide delivery on a strict timetable. Trained new employees.
