. Led and conducted multi-faceted compliance assessments and inspections of

organizations throughout Central and South America. Topical areas

experience from leading small detachments at the tactical level up to the

largest task force in the Central Command's area of operations.

U. S. Navy member, HSI/Training Integrated Product Team, Joint Improvised

Explosive Device Defeat Task Organization, Washington, DC. 2006 - 2007

. Led multi-service effort to identify, fund and deliver operational skills

required by U.S. forces for Counter IED campaigns in Iraq and

Afghanistan. Worked with all services and defense agencies, evaluated

government and vendor proposals intended to neutralize the IED threat.
