OBJECTIVE

After seven years of public service with the New Jersey Department of

Health and Senior Services, I'm seeking a responsible clinical dental

position to provide quality patient care, and by doing so enhance an

existing practice.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Dental Associate January 2003 - Present

Dr. Stuart Schnall

Provide all aspects of quality preventive and restorative dental care in a

general practice setting. Provide clinical dentistry 7-10 hours a week. I

have significant experience in cosmetic dentistry and I'm familiar with

health information technology. Ability to provide thorough treatment

planning and deliver appropriate dental care to restore patients to dental

health.

Assistant Commissioner January 2003 - April 2010

New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to managed care, pre-hospital

care, local public health, and emergency preparedness. In the role of

Assistance Commissioner I supervised approximately 60 individuals.

Dental Practice

1979 - December 2002

Sole Proprietor

Established new dental practice, implemented marketing strategy to increase

patient load. Functions managed include: hiring, training, and supervising

staff of 3-6 individuals. Maintain modern up-to-date practice and perform

routine dental procedures on a daily basis. Major accomplishments include:

developing a successful consumer oriented practice with high

profitability.

Microbiologist 1974 - 1976

Pharmacia, Inc.

Responsible for the routine USP quality control testing and FDA reporting.

Tests include sterility, safety, toxicity, and pyrogenicity. Performed

plant environmental monitoring of air, water, raw materials and

sterilization procedures.
