Project Details, Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Business analysis for Project 1.
Duration of Project 18 months
. Acted as Liaison between the client and team.
. Weekly interaction with the client to gather and analyze the
requirements and translating high-level business and user
requirements into detailed functional specifications for FRS.
. Perform functionality testing to validate and make sure the
deliverables (weekly or monthly) meet the client- requirements.
. I collect consolidate and analyze client point of sale and
inventory information.
. Execute production process according to process documentation,
quality assurance procedures to ensure sustainable, high quality
deliverables.
. Maintain extensive contact with clients and serve as the key
resource for day-to-day issues.
. Reconciliation - The process involves a calculation based reporting
structure and is undertaken to determine that the data is reported
is correct and flag exceptions with the concerned persons for the
same. Also this report is a compliance report for auditors.
2) Business analysis for Project 2.
Duration of Project 17 months
. Develop data models and formulae for analysis and give the same to
engineering team to develop within client time frame.
. Investigate, evaluate and coordinate the collection of data from
various sources.
. Provide support to senior management through database management
and quantitative report generation.
. Understand and articulate customers' explicit and implicit
requirements. Also translate these requirements into documents and
solution design.
Additional Responsibilities:
. Execute channel visibility services for clients. Collect, consolidate,
and analyze client point of sale and inventory information.
. Analyze trends in client data, make observations regarding unusual
business patterns, investigate root cause of issues, and review and
resolve exceptions with client service teams.
. Develop execution process documentation, checklists and quality
assurance procedures to ensure sustainable, high quality deliverables.
. Analyze process and seek opportunities for process improvements to
reduce delivery time while maintaining high quality levels.
. Develop strong understanding of client specific business process in
the area of high tech value chain.
. Develop strong understanding of internal tools and technology used to
optimize data consolidation and reconciliation services.
. Understand client requirements, develop work plan and ensure that all
deadlines are met.
. Communicate regularly with clients and Client Service Managers on
progress and issues.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
. Bachelor of Engineering and technology (2003-2006) in Computer-
Science with an aggregate of 70%.
. Diploma in Computer-Science (2000-2003) with an aggregate of 72%
