small companies. Decided to shut down my business in early 2008 so that I

Windows XP Servers. Responsibilities included both maintaining system up-

time while managing employees related to both IT and an internal Starbucks

deli.

o Developed ghosting system so that no machine was down for more then 15

o Created a remote access system to work with both Linux and Windows

situation.
