improve manufacturing processes, increase production efficiencies and

reduce maintenance costs for a battery manufacturer.

. Directed the installation of $200,000 worth of capital production

equipment in India and trained operators in optimal manufacturing

processes to produce industrial batteries.

. Directed the installation of a continuous mixing system for

producing battery material; costing $400,000 that increased

production speeds by 18%.

Power Partners, Incorporated, Chemical Process Engineer, Athens, GA

manufacturing plant of 4 different paint lines: a 2 coat electro-coating

line, a powder line and 2 liquid lines, including the supervision of 3

paint line technical specialists.

. Evaluated, purchased and installed a new liquid spray system using

electrostatic spray guns at a capital cost of $350,000.

. Selected and set up a new powder system for painting transformer

covers to increase production capacity and quality and to reduce

production costs by $75,000 annually.

. Planned and modified all paint pretreat systems to ambient

cleaner/coaters, reducing energy costs by an estimated $125,000
