Managed all global brand design initiatives to drive strategic plans and
company objectives. Took fiscal responsibility for design and production
budget (5 million), and tracked yearly activities against forecasts.
Ensured appropriate operational aspects (process, resources, databases,
software and hardware requirements, archives). Ensured quality of printed
materials through a comprehensive color management and standards program.
Continuously looked to improve processes and practices to raise quality,
increase speed to market and reduce costs. Established and maintained a
global resource pool (design agencies, pre-press suppliers, photographers),

on-site staffing for design, project coordination and color management,
