Callidus Implementation and Support - Global Sales Compensation Systems
Analyst (2007-2009)
> Created data maps that were used as the model for the database design
of the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) for the Sales Compensation
System, Callidus. Worked extensively with the developer on the
conceptual and physical data model for the entire ETL process.
> Gathered, validated and documented the data requirements for the ETL
design and performance of the Callidus Sales Compensation System which
successfully implemented a complete system replacement in 4 months.
> Liaised between the business user group and the technical team for
capturing requirements and interface analysis. Created the "as is"
and "to be" processes for the ETL.
> Designed multiple interface files for Callidus down to the column
level for data modeling. Encompassed the feed creation, timing,
validation, reconciliation, documentation, error handling, root cause
analysis, issue resolution, modifications, training and data

> Developed an innovative way to combine thousands of direct and
