MARKET PLANNING ANALYST (February 2005 - July 2010)
Fallon Community Health Plan, Worcester, MA
Produced membership reports monthly and on an ad hoc basis in a SQL-based
data warehouse environment using Access, Excel, and Crystal. Queried large
internal and external data sets to produce reports for various customers.
Developed yearly sales membership forecast used to track performance
against goal and compensate sales force. Data management projects included
development and implementation of procedures to ensure data integrity.
Developed large mailing lists for direct mail campaigns. Tracked and
reported on success of these campaigns. Participated in long-term project
to replace main company system and data warehouse, involving writing new
reports, assisting with design of new warehouse, and testing. Responsible
for ensuring integrity of existing data and communicating data problems to
end users and data warehouse management team. Designed maps and other
geographical presentations to assist with strategic planning.
