Objective: To obtain a position that allows me the opportunity to use my
knowledge and skills that I have acquired in my 20 plus years in the
commercial, residential and restaurant construction industry to contribute
to reaching specific company goals and targets.
Qualifications: I have had extensive on the job training with heavy
equipment such as track hoes, front end loaders, back hoes, bulldozers,
forklifts, man lifts, uni-loaders as well as concrete removing equipment.
I have also worked with multiple tower cranes during large operations.

2003- Present- Linbeck Inc. Assistant Field Superintendent/General
Carpenter
foreman. Projects with the company consisted of M.D.
Anderson/ Proton Therapy Center. Houston, Texas Rice
University/ Baker College Remodeling and Renovation. Rice
University: 10 story Collaborative Research Center.
Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily
construction operations consisting of concrete form work
including columns, walls, concrete footings, grade beams,
etc. and carrying out a daily behavior based safety program.
Responsibilities also included purchasing materials and
renting equipment.
2003- 1-800 Handyman. Supervisor of Field Operations.
Responsibilities included planning and coordinating daily
projects for crews if 15 to 20 men. Projects were
preventative maintenance tasks, carpentry, drywall,
painting, basic electrical and plumbing, fixtures, fencing,
siding, decking, tile, cabinets, countertops and moderate
remodeling.
1999-2002- RWP Construction Specialties Owner. Responsibilities
involved remodeling and renovation, basic electrical,
carpentry, plumbing, fixtures and installing tile,
countertops, doors, windows, concrete walkways, driveways,
drywall etc.
1996-1999- Gramdale Inc.- Asst. Supervisor of Preventative
Maintenance. Responsiblilities included supervising preventative
maintenance of 21 restaurants involving carpentry, drywall,
plumbing, fixtures, doors, appliances, tile restoration,
painting and installing store front signage as well as 2 new
restaurant build-outs.
1994-1995-Manhattan Construction Company Journeyman carpenter.
Responsibilities included working as a journeyman carpenter
during the construction phase of the Houston Metro /bus Barn
Maintenance facility completing concrete form work, walls,
columns, trenches, driveways, curbs, doors, metal enclosures,
hardware fixtures and painting.
1995 - Linbeck Inc. Journeyman carpenter. St. Joseph Hospital.
Resp0onsibilities included carpentry concrete form work and
rebar reinforcement of structures. Projects included poured in
place concrete with walls ranging from 6 to 8 feet thick and 12
feet high.
1990-1994- Self Employed Carpenter. Responsibilities included
small remodeling jobs, door installation, tile, drywall basic
electrical, plumbing, sidewalks, window installation, fencing,
decks, patios concrete replacement, interior remodeling, custom
trim and painting.
1989-1990 Pepper Lawson Construction. University of Houston Four
Story Science Building. Responsibilities included concrete form
work, rebar construction, wall forms, column forms, safety
cables, metal enclosures, concrete underground enclosures.
1988-1989 Cahaba Construction Inc. Houston Intercontinental
Airport terminal C. responsibilities included concrete
construction from the ground up spread footings, columns, walls,
slabs, pavement construction and various other concrete
carpentry form work.
1987-1988 Robert E Mckee Inc. - South Texas Waste & Water
Treatment Plant. Responsibilities included constructing
concrete reinforced enclosures built to treat waste water, walls
slabs, columns, sidewalks, driveways and other concrete
carpentry.
1986-1987- Manhattan Construction Inc. Houston Lighting & Power
Phase I. Responsibilities included concrete carpentry form work
which involved architectural concrete structures.
1984-1986- Linbeck Inc.- Thornwood Professional building.
Responsibilities included concrete carpentry work and a transfer
to IBM Computer Research to complete similar duties.
