Spearheaded safety renovation for unit. Conceived an evacuation plan, designed a weekly

inspection checklist for emergency equipment. Directed personnel to accomplish walkthrough

Discovered $300,000 of misplaced equipment. Analyzed type of equipment, consolidated equipment

location, designed new tracking process, communicated problem and resolution to management,

instructed employees on new responsibilities. I found and controlled the missing equipment, solved

deficient process enabling others to adapt, coached others on new procedures.

New process adopted / saved over $1,000,000 base wide.
