Supervised a quality control group of 5 people on a $100 MM material

Project Management
Established the scope, schedule and budget for a $50 MM Heat Recovery Steam
Generator (HRSG) replacement project.
CoManaged the HRSG project with lead manager role for the technical
specifications, purchase, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
This project finished under budget and on time.
Lead Project Engineer of a $100 MM project for material handling of
petroleum coke. This scope included a new marine dock and conveyor type
ship loader.
Lead Project Engineer for the engineering of a lagoon liner project.
Managed a $7 MM marine dock retrofit program.
Managed a project which built 25 single family homes.
Project Engineer for the mechanical and civil scope on a $500 MM Coke Unit
installation.
Developed contracting strategies and reviewed bid packages for capital
projects under $25 MM.
Performed project scope verification and sign off at completion.
Engineering
Develop designs, perform reviews and conduct reliability trouble shooting
in the areas of civil and mechanical engineering for items such as pumps,
compressors, turbines, piping, material handling, concrete and steel
structures, pressure vessels, tanks, boilers, sanitary sewers, wastewater
treatment plants, seismic and wind analysis, foundations, marine docks,
heavy haul roads, crane lift plans and commercial buildings and facilities.
Provide Professional Engineering certification for engineering documents
and permit packages.
