Assistant Plant Manager
. Actively interface with vendors and senior management for order
expediting, capacity planning and material forecasts for a
major packaging manufacturing plant. Establish operational
policies and implement process improvements to ensure superior

. Coordinate on a regular basis with office management and 'job
planners' to make sure that everything (layouts, customer
approvals, materials, stamping dyes, product, etc.) is
available and ready for the jobs.
. Review all work orders for accuracy before they are assigned to
the workers for production.
. Approve all work throughout the entire plant for all
departments, before they start, and inspect and sign off on
line clearance after they are finished.
. Implementation and maintenance of the company's quality control
policies, along with checking quality before, during and after
the jobs are finished in all departments.
. Train workers in safety, quality control and company policies.

. Shipping and Receiving Manager
. Coordinate all phases of shipping/receiving, purchasing,
storage, maintenance and inventory control.

tracking systems.
