A $75 Million division of TriMas Corporation, and a leader in creating
custom solutions by coating, laminating and converting flexible substrates,
headquartered in Hackettstown, NJ, and part of the Packaging Systems Group
within TriMas Corporation, a $1 Billion company, headquartered in
Bloomfield Hills, MI, operating 80 facilities in 10 countries around the
world.
Accountable for all HR functional activities including
recruitment/selection/placement, new hire orientation, benefits
administration, payroll and HRIS database, compensation analysis and
structure, employee relations, organizational training & development, union-
avoidance training, EEO/VETS100/Affirmative Action compliance, leadership

1. Spearheaded workforce skills upgrade, partnering with a local university
and the NJDOL to obtain Grants totaling over $150,000 for training in
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Literacy, and ESL (English as a second

technology and internal recruiting methods to acquire new talent for the

3. Ensured Sarbanes-Oxley compliance relative to payroll and benefits
