1. PBDAC

> IBM Big data solution for Principal Bank for Development and Agricultural

Credit, were we are creating for the Customer a consolidated data

warehouse for his 1200 branch scattered all over Egypt. gathering data

from oracle databases using custom made java tool, IBM Data stage to

process data gathered, IBM DB2 to store consolidated and processed data,

and IBM Cognos to create custom made reports.

Main Activities and responsibilities:

A. Software Architect.

D. Gather business requirements from customer directly and

create requirements documents.

E. Design, create logical, and physical architecture documents

and models, System architecture and integration with sub

systems and components,

2. KAP

> The PCS/CBS comprises 3 main business components: Vessel

Services, Cargo Services and Clearance Services, which are

built on a Solution Foundation providing common services like

message handling, event subscription and publication, and KPI

monitoring. The PCS acts as a single window for the exchange

of information among port community stakeholders. It provides

end-to-end visibility of vessels and cargo in and around the

port, serving as the platform to coordinate, streamline, and

monitor logistics around import, export, and transshipment

clearance processes. PCS analytics will determine regular

trade patterns that Customs can use to build risk profiles,

promoting risk based inspections that will further accelerate

clearance processes.

3. Goopile

> It is one of IBM smarter planet projects, which aims to

better consumption of energy through a complete solution that

is used within electrical companies by gathering the

information of electricity usages and according to this data

we are able to take some correction actions to optimize the

power consumption, lowering bills of the customers, and give

customers more control over there consumptions in a smart

manner.

4. Peugeot Diagnostic Tool Project:

> It is a complete solution which is used in Peugeot after sale

maintenance spots world wide. It's used as a diagnostic tool

that reads values from the car to verify the functionality

and by using this information it helps the technician to

locate the malfunctions existing in the car and fix it in an

organized way.

Main Activities and responsibilities:

A. Working as a focal point in Intensive communication with the

French team in IBM- Global Business Services (GBS) France to

satisfy customer requirements in Ediag4 & Ediag5 (Peugeot

-Citroen Diagnostic Tool) through Conference calls, mails

and online communication.

B. Component owner.

C. Technical negotiations between IBM Egypt with the IBM France

partner.

D. Implementation of customer requirements.

E. Handle change requests held by the customer to provide new

functionality in the project.

F. Fixing any defect related to the main project functionality.

5. Project Tracking:

> PT is a notes database that is used by IBM USA & Canada to keep tracking

to all the active projects within IBM, it is used to keep tracking for all

the costs and expanses for each project in order to be able to have a

known forecasts process.

alone tool for migration AIM documents to IBM Rational Asset

Manger. Then enhanced the tool in order to be used in

migrating any Notes database or Excel Files to HTML which can

be uploaded to IBM Rational Asset Manger.
