I have twelve years door factory experience and sixteen years

correctional security experience; with five of that being a

I supervised officers and inmates inside and outside the prison compound.

While working on the outside I supervised officers

on horseback working the inmates in the prison fields(gardens) planting

safety,security,and communication.
