partnering, community and university relations, talent acquisition, and

Benefits/Compensation - Managed all facets of Benefits including:

. Fully and self insured Health & Welfare plan design, pricing,

annual enrollment, disabilities, billing processes, COBRA,

HIPAA, orientation processes, death claims, retiree medical

plans, 401(k) elections, changes, rollovers, loans, and pension

estimates and survivor benefits.

. Supported the Compensation function with job audits, in-family

promotions, survey analyses and assisted in merit planning

processes in accordance with FLSA regulations.

Employee Relations Business Partner - managed and resolved employee

relations issues in accordance with human resources policies and

Department of Labor requirements. Provide employee relations

support to nearly 300 employees.

. Reduced a department of 130 manufacturing employees within

budget and schedule resulting in cost savings of over 20%.

Reduced 50 finance employees resulting in increased efficiency

of 10%.

. Support for the following resulted in effective and efficient HR

deliverables at the site: merit and compensation planning

processes, performance and change management, job description

analyses and job audits, promotions, new hire and exit

interviewing processes, bonus incentives, succession planning,

resolving open job requisition issues, training concerns,

reorganizational issues, and more.

. Resolution of Employee Relations cases resulted in zero

Department of Labor violations

. Investigations included (from inception to resolution):

Attendance violations, Performance Management issues,

Misappropriation of Company assets, Insubordination,

Reorganizational and Change Management issues, Time

fraud, Leaves of Absence (FLA, FMLA, Personal loa's).

Other complex and sensitive issues

Talent Acquisition and University Relations - Managed College

Recruitment processes at several sites that included screening,

interviewing, salary negotiations, drug screens, and diversity

tracking.

. Implemented process improvement techniques that resulted

in 20% reduction in cycle time.
