* Thesis goal was to reduce the time needed for the maintenance
department to diagnose problems with the machines and computers that
control them.
* Implemented a new fault message system, with diagrams to show the
specific area on the machine that was causing the fault.
* Thesis project resulted in a significant reduction of line downtime
due to diagnosing errors by an average of 5 minutes which in turn
increased productivity.
