Administrator. Installing, configuring and maintaining servers for 10,000 +

accounts. Monitoring server performance, storage, backups, antivirus

software security, and performance tuning for maximum optimization.

Specific Accomplishments: Key role in migrating 10,000+ accounts and

mailboxes from four separate organizations (MS Exchange 5.5) into a single

new organization (MS Exchange 2000). Upgraded Exchange 2000

organization to Exchange 2003 that included servers that spanned multiple

states. Implemented corporate Outlook Web Access in a secure DMZ

environment.

Expanded Blackberry Enterprise Server from v1.0 (20 users) to v5.0 SP2

(800 users). Configured the Blackberry servers to share a remote SQL

database and implemented an organizational solution for failover from TX to

FL (or, vice versa) in the event of emergency outages.
