Provided technical expertise to clients. Covisia specialized in Managed
Service contracts, 24/7 system monitoring, upgrades, security and special
projects. I handled the technology-based needs of our clients, and managed
the technology interim for clients while they were transitioning to our
Managed Services monitoring program. Provide technical infrastructure

In my dual role as PSSE/Project Manager, I accompanied the account managers
to client sites, performed an initial infrastructure site survey, explained
initial findings in a white board meeting, and authored a scope and

practices of clients were analyzed very carefully, and recommendations in
my network design were made accordingly. I was a hands on manager of the

Pre-Sales System Engineer, Viasoft, Inc. Phoenix, AZ 10/1998
