Dakota Growers Pasta manufactures & Packages over 200 million pounds of
pasta a year in the New Hope, Minnesota manufacturing facility. The
Production Supervisor has full operational responsibility and authority for
the entire facility through the course of their shift.
Supervise and direct the daily activities of press production for a large
pasta manufacturing company.
Schedule, train, evaluate, coach and discipline (as needed) hourly
personnel.
Maintain production standards with focus on continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively and regularly with all levels of the organization
to address issues and maintain/elevate standards of safety, quality and
productivity.
Anticipate and manage situational changes that with impact operations that
occur outside the course of the shift.

Trouble shoot production equipment problems and ensure employees and
mechanics work in a timely and efficient manner to correct any problems and
restart production as soon as possible.
