Managed all aspects of relocating company to double capacity and increase efficiency by
30% in manufacturing. Conducted feasibility studies, selected site, planned layout, retained
permits, managed contractors, purchased equipment, lead moving logistics and startup
procedures. Result: Moved manufacturing in 3 days and office operations next business
day. Manufacturing capacity increased from 6 million in 2006 to 11 million in 2010 without
increasing number of workforce.

Manufacturing employees used ERP system to compare budgets with actuals, increasing

Designed, implemented and managed employee suggestion plan to achieve cost savings,

year, 100% implementation rate, cost savings over $100,000 resulted in a motivated

academy to continuously train and promote employees from shop floor to engineering to
project management.
Brought company to full compliance with OSHA, DEP and all related regulatory

Layout Supervisor 2000 -
2002
Introduced and organized CAD environment (AutoCAD). Lead team to standardize drawing
and engineering specifications and customized CAD environment with Lisp and Visual
Basics accordingly. Results: Drawing and engineering standardization through system
customization and automation.
Developed and programmed CAM system in Visual Basic to automate parts listing, yield
optimization and CNC program generation to reduce engineering errors and layout time.
Results: Decreased part listing time by 50%.
