Utilizing Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, verified, configured, tested, and

scheduled IT jobs into production, resulting in establishment if improved

submission and configuration procedures. Identified and implemented

procedures for monitoring Scheduler to ensure production functionality

including installation of patches and upgrades, providing after hours on-

call support, while maintaining metrics and problem documentation logs.

Worked closely with LAN and Open Systems groups to set up Change Control

forms and install Tidal Agents, enabling Tidal Enterprise Scheduler to

communicate with servers.

Installed printers and resolved printer issues with UNIX DNS, PeopleSoft
