9 Experience on NGO Management: Environment, Culture, Agriculture,
Research and Development Society in Nepal (ECARDS-Nepal) founded in
1991 to act as a non-profit, non-governmental, non-sectarian social
development organization. It was set up to foster sustainable
community development through people's organization and leadership.
Worked as volunteer member / executive member / treasurer / secretary
/ Vice Chairman from 1995 to 2009 and now working as Chairman of its
executive committee and responsible for the management of NGO.
Involved in the management of more than seventy five different
development projects. It has completed more than 8 dozens of projects
in the last 19 years. Of the total projects completed by ECARDS 60.0
percent are related with social mobilization for integrated community
livelihood development project, 25 percent are on social and
economic development program, 7 percent are on designing and
conducting public awareness campaign related to advocacy, networking

participation in local government, bounded labor's right, civic
education, food security, girls trafficking, consumers right) and 8
