SUMMARY
I have been a project architect on $14 million South Brunswick Square, project manager of
high-end homes, industrial complexes and office buildings. I’ve designed commercial offices
in the Corporate Park of Beachwood, Beachwood Gateway Center I and II, Supermarkets
and Retail Department Stores (May Co. & Higbee’s). I’ve also involved myself with the
design and supervision for the renovation of several historical buildings in downtown
Cleveland. I’ve been a project manager and estimator for a state university facility. I have
even detailed and worked with our structural engineers in the design of a $7.8 billion water
treatment facility for Lake Stevens. I have also designed hospitals and surgery wings in
hospitals. I have even accepted lessor jobs, just to be working and busy. I have traveled all
over the US for my firms, to complete my projects on time and within budget.
