Key Accomplishments
Improved quality of training materials while cutting costs in half.
Management trainees were dissatisfied with the organization and format of
the large, bulky training manual. By re-organizing the content and working
with print vendors on format, I created an easy-to-use format, cutting
production costs in half.
Created more action-based, results-oriented training materials. Worked
closely with upper management and trainees to create action-based training
modules ensuring that performance and task completion could be more
objectively measured. Result: Higher satisfaction scores on training
feedback surveys from both trainers and trainees.
Reduced print destroy inventory by thousands of dollars. Held print
vendors accountable for inventory tracking and created generic materials
when possible to reduce the need for additional updates, resulting in
substantial reduction (thousands of dollars) of destroy inventory over a 5
year period.
