Oct 2007 - today: Sagemcom in Set up box R&D
Sagemcom is a French high technology group of 6000 employees
present in 40 countries. It is divided in 4 business units: BU
Set-up boxes, BU Documents (faxes, printers, photo screens),
BU Broadband & residential terminals (residential telephony,
gateway), BU Energy and Telecom (energy metric, energy
gateway, radio solution).
As consultant in ALTEN from Oct 2007 to Jan 2009 and then
directly employed by Sagemcom.
SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER
May 2009 - today: 6 people, 3 projects on first CDI projects,
2 of them in the top 10 Sagemcom projects
CDI (NDS Linux drivers interface) are three party projects:
the Set-up box manufacturer Sagemcom, the chipset provider
STMicroelectronics, and the middleware provider NDS.
Management tasks:
o Team recruitment

o Regular conference call/face to face: planning, action plan,
bug review
o Schedule, resource cost evaluation, priorities, risk, SDLC
