Jobs Responsibilities and Activities:

Shikuko Filling and Sealing Machine:

P rior to start the machine, ensure that the machine is properly

i nstalled and sanitized before the run progressive inorder to maximize

p roduction and produces good quality cups with very minimal number

of defects..

Fill-up checklist form to ensure the conditions of the machine.

Conduct checking of the air supply, nit rogen and CO 2 supply are meet.

Coordinates with supervisor for instructions, varieties aligned for the

day.

E xecute change- over whenever required; such as changed over of the

cup size

and variety of the products. Ensure that the printer is properly set by

i ts daymark and variety code.

Monitors products for any defficiencies in i ts sealing, lid, cup, fruit,

and syrup

and makes any adjustment and repairs if line encounters t rouble or if

t here are deficiencies observed in the products.

Ensures that the oxygen level of sealed cups is within the specified

s tandard as the production run progressive.

Ensures the the sealed cups is meet i ts required peel and burst test to

p revent recontamination and spoilage of the products.

Ensures that the production run is maximized at all times without

compromising product quality.

Observed standard operating procedures related to GMP, EMS,

E nercon, Safety and HACCP and ISO Programs

Takes proper care of all equipment handled.

Complies with company and Department rules and regulations.

Never leaves post without proper tu rn-over to reliever or shift

counterpart.

G.Mondini F illing and Sealing Machine.

At the start of the production, Ensures that the Mondini L ine is

p roperly installed and sanitized before production run progressive

i norder to miximize production and produces good quality cups with

very minimal number of defects.

Ensures that the mondini parts such as upper tooling, sealing plates,

doser valves, inserts are properly installed and sanitized.

Coordinates with supervisor for instructions, varieties aligned for the

day.

Fill-up checklist forms to ensures that the mondini auxiliary like the

vacuum pump, air compressor, nit rogen supply, cup denester,

volumetric filler, syrup filler are in good conditions.

Ensures that the tool vacuum breaking pressure and vacuum

formation pressure are i ts correct settings.

Responsible to sets specified cup fill and net weights by adjusting

syrup filler and fruit filler.

Sets sealing parameters (temp. and time) to meet the standard peel

and burst pressure, adjustment will be made depending on the result

peel and burst test.

Ensure that the oxygen level of sealed cups is within the specified

s tandard as the production run progressive.

Ensures that production run is maximized at all t imes without

compromising product quality.

Coordinates with RACCAI technician and electrician for major repair

or highly technical machine problems.

AHP Capper Machine:

Ensures that the machines is properly installed and sanitized before

r un progressive.

Ensures that the hopper is properly clean to avoid any scratches of the

caps and monitor caps that retained in the chute by its spacing loaded

roller pins.

Ensures that the conveyor t ransport the filled jars into a steam

chamber located below the cap chute, as the jar advances on the

conveyor through the concentration of the steam, i t li terally pulls the

cap out of the chute.

Ensures that the jar is stabilized by side belt system, by steam

concentration replaces the oxygen in head space of the jar.

Checks and monitor a stationary drag rubber twist of the closure in a

clockwise rotation, to ensures that the threading process is meet a

required torque of the jar.

Do hourly monitoring in vacuum of the sealed jars and i ts torque

reading.

Do preventive maintenance i ts moving parts by applying grease gun

l ubrication.

STAND UP POUNC H ( SUP ):

Before starting production, the operator must be do

checklist monitoring on its machine parts before process

p rogressive.

Ensures that the sealing plate and cooling plate is

p roperly installed to avoid weak sealing of the pouch.

Ensures that the servo motors of syrup filling is properly

working.

Monitor hourly sealing integrity of the pouch and i ts air

supply.

Conduct through inspection in its pneumatic cylinder to

ensure they functional well.

Never leave the post without proper tu rn-over to reliever

or shift counterpart.

Waterbath Pasteurizer ( Plastic Cup, SUP, Glass Ja r ):

Monitors the cooking temperature and other parameters of

t he waterbath pasteurizer.

Ensures that the waterbath pasteurizer is in good condition and all

i ts parts are functioning well before the start of production.

Monitors the temperature, pressure, chlorine level and bacterial

count of the water supplied to the waterbath pasteurizer.

Monitors the temperature of the cup, pouch, glass jar center

temperature.

Follows the procedure on the monitoring of pasteurizer

temperature and time, cooling temperature and time, steam

p ressure, product center temperature, chilled water temperature

and pressure and residual chlorine of the cooling water.

Ensures that the cooking and cooling process of the waterbath

pasteurizer follows the required parameter setting and the cooked

p roduct meet the standard.

N it rogen Generator:

To make sure that the air compressor is properly working to meet

required air to produced nitrogen supply.

Monitor check valve, sub tank, fi t tings, hoses, fil ters, for any

possible leakings.

Do hourly reading on air compressor, dryer, sub-tank, nitrogen

generator, n 2 p uri ty supply

Never leaves post without proper tu rn-over to reliever of shift

counterpart.

Lift T r uck Operator:

Checks the lift t rucks and accomplishes the “Operator’s Vehicle

Checklist” before putting the unit into operation.

Transfer stocks to designated areas as instructed by supervisor

and co-workers.

Follows the procedure on warehousing and incubation.

Observes standard operating procedure related to GMP, EMS,

E nercon, Safety and HACCP and ISO Programs.

Never leaves post without proper tu rn-over to reliever of shift

counterpart.
